I hereby authorize and give Epic Outdoors Inc., of Iron County Utah, the right to process any or all of my hunting application(s) for big game. I further authorize and grant Epic Outdoors a LIMITED power of attorney to sign in the name, place and stead of myself on any electronic or paper big game applications.
I will hold Epic Outdoors harmless in the unlikely event that a mistake is made when filing my applications. I will not hold Epic Outdoors responsible for a decline in quality of big game units or areas or lack of hunting success. In the unlikely case that there is an error, I will be entitled to a full refund of application and tag fees for that particular application.
Specific to big game applications, I grant and give unto Epic Outdoors full authority and power to do and perform any and all acts necessary. I authorize and grant Epic Outdoors full rights to perform tasks I might or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution.
Epic Outdoors has permission to use my photos and/or videos of trophies taken through Epic Outdoors for promotional purposes. All sales on the License Application Service are final. Application and service fees are non-refundable. Approval of your application is not guaranteed. When applying for tags, you’re not guaranteed to draw.
